Kinective

Agency — King & Partners

The Challenge

Kinective had proven its concept in El Paso, building a multi-studio fitness experience rooted in community, technology, and positivity. As the brand prepared to expand into Dallas and new markets, its identity lacked the cohesion and flexibility to support that growth. What worked locally needed to translate at scale without losing the energy that made it unique.

Our mandate: build a unified, forward-looking brand ecosystem designed for growth.

The Solution

We worked closely with the Kinective team to evolve their concept into a fully realized brand that captures their welcoming, high-performance spirit while setting a new standard for modern wellness. The result is a cohesive ecosystem designed to move as dynamically as the experience itself.

From strategy and positioning to visual identity, signage, digital, and social, we created a system that brings clarity, consistency, and energy to every touchpoint, empowering Kinective to grow with purpose.

  • Through a visit to the El Paso location and conversations with leadership and trainers, we identified the core idea behind Kinective—articulating its unique edge and the belief system at its core.

  • Established a clear positioning and ethos, creating the foundation for how the brand shows up and grows.

  • Developed a naming system for each studio, capturing the distinct energy and intent of every offering.

  • Defined a voice that feels elevated, energetic, and human, bringing the brand’s point of view to life across every touchpoint.

  • Shaped a social strategy that captured the brand’s essence, creating a more engaging and dynamic presence.

Established the foundation for Kinective, defining a clear ethos that aligned the brand, the spaces, and the community around a shared way of moving and thinking.

Each studio was given a name with its own pulse—distinct on its own, stronger together.

shaped Kinective’s digital presence and social strategy to match the energy and ambition of the brand.
